Im a alcoholic living sober.Im just checking in. I didnt go to a meeting today, so this will be my meeting.I got a friend that ive been working with hes been sober now for a week ill check up on him before it gets to late.I work tonight so im drinking cofee right now. I just came from a speaker meeting in were i didnt clap for him after it was over because i felt what he said wasnt worth claping for.Ive been to a lot of speaker meetings in were they were powerfull and positive. This guy i felt is misleading newcomers.He talked about what his sponsor had him do and i think his sponsor mislead him.He told newcomers its ok to have a doorknob,or waterjug,or satan as there higher power.I think you have to be a 5150 to believe that crap.I felt what he had to say wa… Continue

Goodnight everyone. Clean and sober onother day by the grace of god.Ive seen a lot of people go back out over the years some with a lot of sobriety time. I know im sober because of gods grace, I know i can easely be one of those who relapse if i let up on my daily spiritual maintenance, This is a positive site and i learn a lot from it.I just resently made some over due amends to someone and it all went well.
