About me:

Im a Mom of 2 girls, and a grandma of a 2yr old girl. Im a retired nurse and now work at the Coral House to keep busy. I came back to my recovery in Jan 08, back to my family in Hollywood Beach, Fla.. I have never been this happy that I can remember, (since my kids were born). I am glad to be free of active addiction. My older daughter is new in recovery and I am so proud of her. My younger daughter is a normy, (thank god one of us is lol). My life now is my girls and my recovery and living One Day at a Time!

I love all types of music, except foriegn and Ophera

Charmed, Law in order (all of them), Big Brother, and soaps on ABC

At 11:41pm on July 25, 2008, quinn-s said…: I used to live in the condo just at the end of the boardwalk next to the big nice new one a couple of years ago........new in town I went to a meeting and with 6 months I was an old timer.........I thought oh crap Im in trouble no one can stay sober here............then the pool man caught me reading the big book at the pool and turned me on to a sunday morning meeting on the beach.........at the little garage like thing behind the ball courts................it was much better..........they loved what I had to say and wouldnt let me leave..they made me feel a part of and welcome........I kept exploring though and found another meeting at a nice club, (smoking outside on the little patio) seems they had a lot of step and ook studies ( i like that stuff ) so my stay there was awsome...........one of my favorite memories......I had spiritual stuff happen to me there that I still share about today. do you recognize any of this or was it just a good dream???
