An example ethier way
On my journey through my own recovery I have met many different people. Attended a ton of meetings. Everyone I've met have to same problem, we are all alcoholics. Alot of people are there to try to get sober and learn to lead a new life. Other people seem to be there for other reasons. Court ordered, to get back on track, some are even looking for love.

Where is God?
This has been my question all my life. I have always been looking for the proof, the evidence, the undeniable sign. I've prayed for signs, I looked into different religons. Really just about anything I could think of to know for sure. The thing is he doesn't really appear in the flesh any more, so in these modern times its hard to have faith. Courage to change
I have a favorite saying. If you always do what you've always done. You'll always get what you always got! It's something I learned in a company I worked for and I always used it as a guide for growing in business. You see a business that doesn't try new things today becomes and company of the past tomarrow.

- I was aBears fan in the 70s and 80s and then pretty much meandered about without a true allegance. Been a very luke warm Cardinals fan for a few years.
I think I have now stumbled upon 5 or 6 of you Tri-County folks here. But you and Robert are the most prolific. Keep up the good work. I shall remain, a smart ass.

Did I ever mention I'm originally from Chicago? Undergrad in Iowa City. Went on a drunken road trip to Madison for a Wisconsin/Iowa game in late '70s. Haven't a clue who won as most of us, including me, were incoherent by halftime. That was a good thing as the Badger fans' natural state is incoherent. We all got along famously after the first half.

Truly appreciate your incite on this site. Robert doesn't get the creedence his posts warrant - maybe because all people san see is a sobriety date and draw conclusions from there. But for God's sake don't TELL him I think that!
I'm back to my more tolerant posts which better reflect my attitude in the literal world. Glad you guys joined the site.
