My Daily Reflection (

i need a sponsor
i need to know if its okay for me to have a female sponsor i mean like what are the rules on this. is it against the rules or just frowned upon. my first sponsor was totally against it but i've heard many people say that they have had sponsors of the opposite gender.

- yes i would. For me, the 12th step is amazing. When you can see the light is someone else. The journey began for me when I started working the steps, honestly, with my sponsor. If I could help another alcoholic/addict live the miracles in their own life, I am blessed. Because of my past and working the steps, taking suggestions, I am who I am today. I am truly grateful.

- Hey George. Well they say the temp in only suppose to be 111 today. I am thankful for a/c and pools. lol! Hey, did you find a sponsor? My sponsor does sponsor men as well, however when that happens it is important to check motives first. For me, this is a life or death deal. Sobriety is important and if I had a male sponsor I don't think I or he could relate to everything I share with my sponsor. Just my opinion. Have a wonderful day!

I am moving into a new place, and forgot to get my dsl service up and running. SInce I live in the "black hole" up here in the Four Corners, it may take up to a week to get back online permanently... SO, pass it around, Dawn will be pretty hit or mi…
