Hi Lee ~ welcome to Alcoholics Anonymous, and to this site. Tell us more about how you're doing. Are you going to meetings? Do you have a copy of the book "Alcoholics Anonymous"?

Do you believe that you are powerless over alcohol? Do you believe that your life (your actions and behaviors) is unmanagable?

Hi Lee.....if you want to chat....go to the top tabs....and clickon "chat" many good people to talk to...or read the blogs...and forums.......look for the YELLOW.....for the directions....you will get it...
This site is for those who have a desire to stop drinking.....many here will help....that is waht we do...

Actually, this is not a site for "those who have a desire to stop drinking." I thought that, too, when I first got here, but if you look on the Main page, top left corner, it says:

"A social network specifically designed for Alcoholics and Addicts. Connect with new friends from all over the world who are just like you."

Actually, I am new to this sight but have been sober almost 15 years and agree with you, life can be tough however; our sponsors, friends in the program, our higher power and the steps will see us through without a drink. All we have to do is take the action. Take care Dot. Lee
